The Information Technology (IT) Department of American River College provides computer and network support for current faculty and staff of ARC and is open Monday – Thursday from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm and Friday from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. The IT Help Desk (484-8259) is the first line of technical support for faculty and staff. All help requests are entered into a database and assigned to the appropriate technician. You can alternately enter your own help request ticket at http://helpdesk.arc.losrios.edu/. Someone will call you back to confirm your needs.
The Web presence of the IT department has been organized with the goal of distributing frequently requested up-to-date information in a user-friendly layout, while seeking to expand the knowledge base with quality improvements. Our web pages will answer many of your technical questions, provide links to services, and provide updates on crucial technology developments.
