We provide computer and network support for current faculty and staff of ARC and we are open Monday - Thursday from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm and Friday from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. The IT Help Desk (484-8259) is the first line of technical support for faculty and staff. All help requests are entered into a database and assigned to the appropriate technician.
